Request Account or Data Deletion
You have full control over your personal data on the mentormindz app by mentormindz education. Follow the steps below to request deletion of your account or specific data.
How to Request Deletion

Log in to your account at courses.mentormindz.com and navigate to your Profile Settings. Use the in-platform options to update or remove your information directly.

If you wish to delete your full account and all associated data, send an email to weupdatesofficial@gmail.com with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.

Include your registered name, email address, and phone number in the email so we can verify your identity before processing the request.

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days of receiving a verified request, as required under applicable data protection laws.
What Happens to Your Data
Data Deleted
- Your name, email, phone number
- Date of birth, gender, location
- Profile photograph
- Account credentials and login data
- Payment and purchase history
- Device and usage identifiers
Data Retained (Anonymised)
- Public comments or feedback — anonymised so you cannot be identified
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics data
- Records required for legal or regulatory compliance
Partial Data Deletion
You can also request deletion of specific data without deleting your full account. For example, you may request removal of your profile photo, phone number, or location data while keeping your account active. Mention this clearly in your email request and we will action it accordingly.
